This auction is for a vintage Dexter Mat Cutter by Russell Harrington Cutlery Company, Southbrige, Massachusetts. Cutter is in the original box with its blades. There is no instruction booklet in the box but it looks like this would be easy to use. The item is in good condition, in fact it doesn't look like it was ever used! If you require postage to your destination please email us. We charge only what Canada Post charges us and we get a 5% business dicount which we pass along to you the customer. We DO NOT charge any packaging or handling fees and we do NOT charge any fees to users who pay via Paypal. Good lucks with your bids.
