Shipping Policy for beads/metal findings:

1.          Regular Handling & Shipping cost (Except specified) :

Each additional item	USD1.00	AUD1.30	GBP0.5	EURO 0.80

2.          Registered mail: USD2.00  (or AUD2.50/GBP1.10/EURO 1.50) per shipment. Total Purchase over USD50.00 will get free upgrade to Registered mail.

3.          Sorry that we are not responsible for lost of package.  Registered mail is highly recommended.

4.          All items will be sent within 3 days by NORMAL AIRMAIL upon receipt of payment.

5.          Normal delivery will takes 10-14 working days.

6.          Combined shipment:

All combined shipment must be paid in ONE payment.  Please wait for our invoice before check out & do not pay if you find any items are missing in our invoice. Please do not pay & wait for our Invoice. Please note DIFFERENT CURRENCY cannot be combined in 1 invoice.  We will only combine ONE CURRENCY in one invoice & view as one payment.  All shipping discount is applied to each single payment.

7.          Multiple purchase for different category: Please make the highest shipping cost as the first item.

Payment

1.      We accept PAYPAL only.

Return Policy

1.      We accept return of items in case the description is not matched  or  there is defects which is not caused by mishandling of delivery.

2.      Refunding is only on product price. Shipping & handling cost is not refundable.

3.      Buyer has to pay for postage of return delivery.
