●  We accept U.S. bank issued Credit Cards of Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express.  

●  We also accept Confirmed address Paypal Payments.  We only ship to your confirmed Paypal Address in compliance with Paypal's fraud protection policies. There are no exceptions to this policy. PayPal will automatically provide that address. We will not ship to an address that is emailed to us.

●  We do not accept money orders, personal checks, cashier checks, etc.  

●  All payments are processed through our secure checkout site. We are unable to process any payments over the phone.  

●  Winning Bidders: All payments must be received within 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days an automated dispute will open and the item will be relisted.

●  All items ship within two business days after your payment is received.  Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

●  All our orders are shipped via UPS.  Once your package has shipped, our system will automatically email you the tracking number of your package to the email address you have registered with eBay.  You can track the status of your package and contact UPS with delivery issues via their website. 

●  Since all our shipping is via UPS, unfortunately we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO or PO box addresses. 

●  We ship to the 50 U.S. States only. Alaska & Hawaii are additional charges. 

●  Sorry we are unable to accommodate local pickups. 

●  PayPal payments are shipped to your confirmed PayPal address provided with your payment.  We only ship to the address shown in your PayPal payment detail. We do not honor email requests to ship orders to any address other than the one provided by PayPal.

●  We do offer combined shipping for qualifying auctions.  You can win up to 15 items on eBay within 6 days from the end of your first item won.  Qualifying items will automatically combine on to one invoice.   (Oversized items are not eligible for combined shipping)  An invoice closes after 6 days or a payment or 15 items, whichever comes first.  Once payment is made the item is no longer eligible for combined shipping.

Return Policy

●  We offer a 14 day return policy if the item is not as described in the auction.

●  Prior authorization is required for all returns.

●  Email Customerservice@websbestdeals.com with the eBay auction number in the subject line for return authorization. Items returned without prior authorization will be refused.

●  Products listed as damaged or defective are sold as is and are not eligible for return. Damaged box items are an exception.

●  Return shipping is the customers responsibility.
