We prefer PayPal payments from confirmed addresses, but will accept unconfirmed addresses as well. We also accept U.S. cashiers checks or U.S.money orders made payable to Byers General Store (DBA Auction It Today).  No International Money Orders.  Please email us and let us know what type of payment you are sending. We ask that you forward your payment ASAP to avoid any delay in the transaction. Buyers are allotted 7 business days from the end of the auction to remit payment. If the buyer has not paid within this time, we reserve the right to re-list. If you choose to pick your item up at our store, only cash, credit, or debit card will be accepted. Due to the fact that we are trading assistants all auctions must be sold "AS IS." 3.25% sales tax will be added for any pick up sales and for items sold in Byers or any Colorado Residence.

Flat rate shiping is given for the lower 48 states, for shipping to Alaski, Hawaii or internationally please contact us and we will provide a quote.  Buyer agrees to pay the flat rate shipping, from our address to the buyers and cover handling fees.   We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We ship with DHL, UPS and USPS for all US domestic shipments and USPS primarily for international shipments.  You are responsible for paying shipping insurance. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS THAT WERE NOT INSURED. We will not mark international shipments as gifts and will declare the proper value. We are not responsible for duties and import taxes that you may be charged upon receiving your item. All international sales are final. All shipments through UPS are insured up to $100.00; any additional insurance is optional and must be paid by the buyer. We ship 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). All items picked up at our store at 568 North Highway 36 Byers, Colorado, must be paid in cash, certified check or through PayPal in advance. We also accept credit and debit cards for local pick up items.

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of date of delivery. Items must be returned in the exact condition as they were sent. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition. Returns are refunded for 100% of the sale price minus shipping, handling and insurance charges. We do not pay for shipping on a return item.
