This auction is for a simple 19-page booklet from April of 2004 that Stampin' Up made available to help folks know what to do with their rubber stamps.  It includes various essential instructions as well as more advanced techniques and idea of how to use their (or any) rubber stamps, products, and accessories as well as some handy tips.  It's very handy for both ideas and information.  I think it's particularly helpful for beginners.  Below is a list of some of the topics included:
